J and R Lawncare Service Agreement

1. Service Schedule:
J and R Lawncare will provide weekly lawn maintenance services during the summer and winter seasons. The company reserves a one-week vacation period during the winter season, during which no services will be performed.

2. Client Responsibilities To ensure timely and effective service, the client agrees to the following:
Prior to each service visit, all toys, water hoses, and dog waste must be removed from the service area. In-ground sprinklers, pipes, and landscape lighting wires must be installed at the proper depth.

3. Dog Waste Removal Fee:
If J and R Lawncare must pick up dog waste, an additional $15.00 fee will be charged.     Equipment Cleaning Fee: If dog waste is not picked up and the equipment becomes contaminated, a $30.00 equipment cleaning fee will be assessed. 

4. Payment Terms First Month's Service: Payment for the first month of service is due upfront, following the completion of the first service visit. Monthly invoices will be issued on the 1st of each month.
Payment Due Date:
Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.
Late Fee:
A late fee of $30.00 will be applied to any payments received after the 15-day grace period. 

5. Limitation of Liability:
J and R Lawncare is not responsible for the following: Fertilizing the lawn. Damage to in-ground sprinklers, pipes, or landscape lighting wires that were not installed at the proper depth. 

6. Damage to Sprinklers:
J and R Lawncare will repair any broken sprinkler heads that are damaged by our trimmers during service, provided they were installed at the proper Height.

7. Acceptance of Terms By accepting service from J and R Lawncare, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined in this service agreement.
